You won't be able to keep your hands off these delicious, easy treats!

1 cup rolled oats (or quick-cooking)
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
