1 medium zucchini peeled & chopped into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup tahini
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Place all ingredients in a food processor Mix until smooth & the mix has a thick texture
