No Mixer Needed Butterscotch Nut Bars

These dessert bars are soft, gooey and oh so easy to prepare! All the ingredients are mixed together in a sauce pan. Only eight ingredients and NO mixer is needed.!

1 cube butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 jumbo eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 cups chopped or broken walnuts. ?(This recipe is also excellent with pecans, pistachio's, macadamia nuts or cashew's)

In a 2-quart saucepan melt the butter over low heat. Remove pan from heat and stir in brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, stir in the vanilla.
