No-rise Pizza Dough

I can make a pizza from start to finish in 30 minutes using this quick and easy dough recipe. Its one of my favorite Friday night dinner options, and my friends love it. I have a round pizza pan with holes in the bottom that makes it nice and crisp. Quicker, healthier and better than ordering in! For toppings, you can use whatever you like, but as a tip - salsa makes a great sauce if you dont have any pizza sauce or marinara in the house.

2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
dash of salt
