North Carolina Style Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I love BBQ anything, but I especially love North Carolina style pulled pork. It is awesome. But a totally different type of BBQ. You will love it too! And since it's in the crock pot, it's totally easy to prepare.

5-6 lb pork shoulder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Dry Rub:
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. chipotle chili powder
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Vinegar BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup cidar vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
