2 Wilton North Pole decorating kits
2 Wilton Penguin Icing Decorations kits
24 red Sixlets (or M&Ms)
1 package (7 oz.) Betty Crocker Cookie Icing (white)

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
