A bakery style bran muffin full of raisins, coconut, and chopped walnuts. These muffins are the perfect way to start your day. I love to make a big batch of muffins for Sunday morning breakfast and then eat the leftovers for a quick morning treat throughout the week.

2½ cups bran flakes
1¼ cups milk
1 egg, beaten
? cup canola oil
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
¾ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup shredded coconut
