The BEST Oatmeal cookies you eat!

1 cup butter (2 cubes room temperature)
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Large eggs
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond extract
2-3 cups minute oats (uncooked)
1 cup dried apricots (chopped)
3/4 cups dried cranberries
3/4 cups flaked coconuts
3/4 cups slivered almonds (toasted)
