½ cup butter, barely softened (I used a spreadable butter)

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water

It's moist and tender thanks to sour cream in the batter, and studded with miniature chocolate chips for even more decadent flavor.
