Homemade Banana Bread with a Nutella swirl and optional coconut for texture! The perfect way to start your day.

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large bananas, or 3 small bananas mashed (1 cup)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 tsp baking soda
