For the Cupcakes
1 brownie mix + ingredients from back of box (9x13 size)
1/2 package Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Butter Cream
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Tablespoons whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder

For the Chocolate Butter Cream
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Tablespoons whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, and cookie crumbs until thoroughly blended. Shape into small balls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
