We all need a healthy option for breakfast on the run or a quick snack. These bars are high in protein and fiber and loved by all who have tried them! They freeze well so don't hesitate to make a double batch.

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup dried fruit or chocolate chips
1 cup plain yogurt

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
