I like these because they're semi healthy for a cookie! (which really means that I eat all of them in a shorter amount of time since I tell myself they're healthier) Hope you enjoy them too.

3/4 C. butter flavored Crisco

1/2 C. sugar

1 C. brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp Almond Extract

1 1/2 C. flour

2 C. quick oats

1 tsp baking powder
