This Mac and Cheese dish is luxurious and delicious! Note that this is best served fresh. As with most macaroni and cheese recipes, leftovers are good but not as great as when this is served right away.

8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (5.2 oz) cubes of Boursin cream cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
