Old fashioned homemade tortilla

All purpose flour tortilla Really easy to made - They made mexican food to be back on my table

520-550 g all purpose flour
50 g butter
180 ml milk
180 ml warm water
4 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dry yeast
* Mix water with sugar, add yeast and leave for 10 minutes, so yeast starts to work * In a bowl mix flour, salt, butter and milk. * Add water with yeast and knead with your hands for 10-15 minutes. Leave it aside, so dough can double in size. Then divide it into 8 or more equal balls, and roll them so they can fit your pan (about 20 cm - 8 inch). Bake every tortilla for approx. 30 seconds on each side in non-greased pan. Stuff them with anything you want! :)
