Moist, slightly sweet with a pineapple burst in every bite! Pineapple muffins are quick and easy to make muffins that compliment many meals and make a great snack or breakfast!

21/2 Cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 Cup Sugar
4 Tsp. baking powder
1 Cup yogurt(I used full fat)

1/3 cup coconut oil-melted
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple(I had chunks so I put them through my blender-it worked fine)
