One-Pan Pasta

A pasta dish made in just one pan. This dinner comes together quickly and is creamy and flavorful.

1 (12 ounce) box of linguine
12 ounces of tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
a few sprigs of basil (plus some extra for garnish)
2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt and black pepper
4 1/2 cups of water
grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
