3 c. cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. 2% milk
1/4 c. flour
1 (16 oz) penne noodles, uncooked
2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
