1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano

1 32 oz carton beef broth
1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes

2 cups basmati rice
½ red pepper, thinly sliced
½ yellow pepper, thinly sliced
½ orange pepper, thinly sliced
