An easy and healthy weeknight meal that doesn't create a kitchen full of dirty dishes with the use of an oven safe skillet!

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. olive oil
1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano and basil
2 tsp. Kosher salt
¼ ts. black pepper
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 tbs. garlic, minced
1 tbs. Italian seasoning
¼ cup chicken broth
1 large zucchini, diced
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
