One-Skillet Jambalaya – fresh veggies, smoked sausage, chicken and Cajun spices combine for a delicious, healthy jambalaya.

2 Tbsp Butter
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
12 oz. Smoked sausage, sliced
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp pepper
3 ribs celery, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 onion, diced
1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
1 can corn, drained
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 cup Chicken broth
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
