1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
½ pound asparagus, cut into 1” pieces
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon butter

1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cream cheese

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in skillet over medium high heat.
Add chicken and brown on each side, about 5-7 minutes per side.
