Orange Shrimp w/Pasta and Broccoli

1 lb large shrimp- peeled, deveined, and cleaned.
2-3 tbs evoo
a healthy pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (ish) cup frozen broccoli florettes
whole wheat pasta- 2 servings
