Oriental Style Instant Noodles With Shrimp

Oriental style instant noodles (package called wai wai) you can buy this noodles in Asian market. In the package there are five rows of noodles, you only need to use two.
Half pound shrimp - peeled and deveined.
Sambal oelek - one cup.
Salted soy beans - two tables spoon (mix sambal oelek and soy beans together)
Oyster sauce - two tables spoon.
One red onion - cut into thin slices.
Nine tables spoon vegetable oil.
Five green onions - cut the green onions into 1 inch slices.
Four eggs.
Salt (optional)
Soak the noodles in the bowl with cold water for ten minutes, then drain the water. Heat the wok & put five tablespoons oil. After the oil is hot, then add the red onions. Stir for five minutes or the onions turn brown. Then put the mix sambal oelek and soy beans into the wok with two tables oyster sauce. Stir them very well for two minutes then move the sauces aside & put the four tablespoons oil then put the four eggs into the wok & keep stirring the eggs until it cooks. Then mix sauces together. Put the shrimp into the sauces & mix them for two minutes then put the noodles into the wok. Mix very well and cover for two minutes, then put the green onions & stir them for two minutes. Taste. If you need to put some salt, then remove the wok from the stove.
