Our Mom's Potato Salad

A perfect addition to your summer barbecues! This potato salad is a crowd pleaser!

10 russet potatoes, boiled and chopped
8 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
1/3 cup dill pickle juice
3 stalks celery, chopped
1-3.8 oz can of sliced olives, drained
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil potatoes in their skin until tender, but not mushy. Hard boil your eggs. Cool potatoes and peel while still slightly warm. Chop into medium chunks. Peel eggs and chop into large bowl with potatoes....
