Oven Chicken Tacos

We love tacos at my house, and they usually make an appearance in our weekly menu rotation. This week I decided to switch it up and make chicken tacos. I didn’t want to grill the chicken like we do for fajitas, so I decided nothing is easier than seasoning it and putting in the oven to bake. This chicken comes out flavorful and moist, but the best part is that I can put it in the oven and walk away to finish what I need to do. Perfect for a week night meal!

1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped into slivers
