French Bread Cinnamon Rolls

Tender, light, and slightly chewy, these cinnamon rolls will completely win you over.

Dough:
2 pkgs. dry yeast
½ cup warm water
2 cups hot water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 cups flour
Filling:
1 stick butter ( softened )
? cup brown sugar
? cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Butter Cream Frosting:
1 stick butter ( softened )
5 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
4-5 tablespoons half-n-half ( more or less to reach desired consistency )
