2 c parsnips, peeled and chopped
3 c fresh beets, peeled and chopped
1/2 c honey
1 c water
3 T coconut milk
1/4 t salt
2 whole eggs
2 T coconut oil, melted
1/8 t salt
2 T coconut flour
1/3 c coconut milk
1 c lump crab meat, picked clean
4 T fresh dill, chopped
