This mayo is easy to make and the required ingredients are usually found in most kitchens.

4 egg yoiks pasteurized
3 tbsp white or cider vinegar divided
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
3 cups vegetable oil or light olive oil do not use extra virgin
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
