This skillet fried chicken is not only easy to make, it's quick, using my shortcut method. Eat it hot or cold, it's perfect for dinner or your next picnic!

Delicious Cast Iron Crisp that you make on the grill! This Lemon Blueberry Crisp is the perfect ending to your BBQ. Packed full of juicy blueberries with a crust and topping made of gingersnap cookies for an amazing flavor. Then you can either grill it or bake it in the oven for the perfect amount of lemon, grilled to perfection.

Filling:
3 pints blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Topping:
1/2 cup gingersnap cookies ( crushed )
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt

BBQ Chicken Kabobs are so delicious! These Chicken Kabobs are packed with flavor from a homemade rub and then brushed with BBQ Sauce right before they are done grilling. Plus, you can make these in the oven or on a grill pan if you don't want to grill outside! So delicious and great for easy summer grilling during the week!

2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
