Paneer Makhani (Paneer in Cream)

Easy one pot Indian dish. It's the kind of creamy entree you get at restaurants. Serve with naan.

paneer (or Queso or cooked chicken)
1 1/2 in. ginger, chopped
7-8 garlic cloves
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium onions, chopped
1/2 medium bottle gourd
1/4 medium cabbage, chopped
5-6 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp garam masala
salt, to taste
2 green chilies
2 Tb. butter
1 T. honey
1 and 1/4 cup fresh cream
1 T. methi powder (fenugreek seed powder)
1/2 tsp. mace (I left this out)
green cardamom powder, just a pinch
2 T. fresh coriander leaves (to garnish)

1. in blender add ginger, garlic, carrots, wage and onions, bottle gourd, cabbage, tomatoes more water and make into a paste.
