Panneer ( 300 grams)
Red chilly powder (1 table spoon)
Garam Masala ( 1 tablespoon)
ginger garlic paste ( 1 table spoon each)
green chilly ( 1 table spoon crushed)
corn flour ( 2 table spoon)
refined flour ( 2 table spoon)
Milk ( half cup)
semolina (2 tablespoon )
butter
Oil
Salt to taste
Cut Paneer Into long slices Mix it with red chilly powder , garam masala powder , ginger garlic paste , green chilly corn flour and salt Keep it in fridge to set Take a pan put butter in when the butter melts add refined flour and pour milk slowly so that it does from lumps cool it Take another pan pour oil in it when oil heats take paneer sticks one by one dip it in paste roll it semolina and deep fry till golden brown serve it with schezwan sauce
