7 ounces paneer ( or cottage cheese )
1 bell peppers
1 chili peppers, green
1 onion
1 tomato
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 green onions ( for garnish )
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 clove(s) garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Heat the tortilla for 1 or 2 minutes and arrange the chilly paneer stuffing and roll it. Wrap it in aluminum foil to hold it tight. Paneer wraps are ready to be served
