This parmesan and asparagus frittata is an easy and delicious brunch recipe for two! Very little prep work and it'll be on the table within a half an hour!

5 eggs
11-12 asparagus spears
2 Tbsp onion, minced or finely chopped
1 T olive oil
2 Tbsp cream
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
2 T grated parmesan
pinch of salt and pepper
