Pork chops that are easy to prepare and turn out tender and flavorful.

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 boneless pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
