This butternut squash is just exploding with flavor! It is very easy to prepare and a great side dish for any meal.

1 butternut squash
1/4 cup butter +2 tablespoons
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley

Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees
First: Peel and Chop your squash into pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray a baking dish with Pam and put the squash in it as spread out as possible. It is okay if a few pieces...
