This butternut squash is just exploding with flavor! It is very easy to prepare and a great side dish for any meal.

1 butternut squash
1/4 cup butter +2 tablespoons
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
