These fries are so easy to make and they are delicious! Who knew that adding something as simple as olive oil and Parmesan cheese to fries would make such a difference?

4 Large Potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips.
1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons of Olive or Truffle Oil
Oil for frying
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
