Parmesan Mashed Potato Balls! I guarantee mashed potatoes will never be the same after you have these. The creamy mashed potato is the perfect compliment to that initial parmesan crunch. Mashed potatoes won’t just be mashed anymore.

5 Yellow Potatoes (skinned & quartered)
2 Quarts Water
1 TBLs Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 TBLs Butter
2 TBLs Milk
3 TBLs All Purpose Flour
2 Raw Eggs (Scrambled)
5 oz. Shredded Parmesan
2 Quarts Water

2 TBLs Milk
3 TBLs All Purpose Flour
2 Raw Eggs (Scrambled)
5 oz. Shredded Parmesan
Put your yellow potatoes and water in a 4 quart sauce pan.
Set to high and boil for 20 minutes.
Drain your potatoes.
Add the garlic salt, black pepper, butter, and milk.
Mix with an electric mixer until the texture is smooth.
Let cool for 10 min.
Put the flour, scrambled eggs, and parmesan into 3 seperate bowls.
Form your potatoes into 1/2 inch spheres.
Roll each potato ball in the flour, then the egg, and then the parmesan.
Put the balls on a cookie sheet and broil for 10 – 12 minutes.
Makes 30 balls.
