A light pasta served mixed with veggies and topped with juicy baked chicken.
Chicken breasts
Olive oil
Peas
Miced garlic cloves
Sliced mushrooms
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs
Egg Whites

Baked Chicken:
Dip chicken breast in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken on foil lined pan in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pasta and Veggies:
Heat olive oil in pan and toss in peas, mushrooms and garlic.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Mix cooked pasta and vegetables together.
Top with sliced chicken breast.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsly.
