Pasta Aligue

Indulge in this creamy Pasta Aligue, made with aligue (crab paste), cream and lemon or kalamansi juice and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

250g spaghetti noodle (or any pasta), cooked according to package instructions
250g shrimps, shelled and deveined( or mixed seafoods)
1 can (160g) aligue/crab fat , if using pure crab fat start with only 3 Tbsp and add more if desired
3 Tbsp olive or veg. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon or kalamansi juice
½ cup all-purpose or heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp grated parmesan or hard cheese
