Pasta with Salmon in Tomato Ranch Sauce

A delicious weeknight meal that comes together in just minutes!

1 lb. salmon, cooked and coarsely chopped (I like grilled salmon, but baking, poaching, or broiling would also work well)
8 ounces angel hair or linguine pasta
¾ cup Ranch dressing
1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese, for topping (optional)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
