Patona Pie (Simple chestnut cake)

"A certain amount of Chestnut-flour...little bit of oil, (good one) and a frying-pan. Pinch of salt, not too much! Four, (or five), glasses of water and... that's It!... It was like a “Sunday-pie” in Pavia (northern Italy), in times of war, (because lack of food), especially during "snowing" season. Desired from everybody at any age.

14 oz. chestnut flour
¼ walnut meal
about 2 and ¼ c milk, room temperature
a well rounded ¼ c. of pine nuts, toasted
pinch salt
