Patriotic Cake Mix Jello Cookies

A wonderful combination of a boxed cake mix and Jell-O. These are so simple and fun to decorate for the 4th of July!

1 box Pillsbury white cake mix
1 small box blue raspberry jello
1/2 stick butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg
Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted
2-3 tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
