The flavoured whipped cream adds a touch of orange to this creamy peach tart. This can be made ahead and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.

For the Pie:
1 Tenderflake® Frozen All Vegetable Pie Shell
1 can (28oz) Peaches
3 Egg yolks, beaten
¾ cup (175 mL) Premium Sour Cream
¾ cup (175 mL) Sugar
3 tbsp (45 mL) Flour
For the Whipped cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/8 tsp White Sugar
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Grand Marnier (optional)

¾ cup (175 mL) Premium Sour Cream
¾ cup (175 mL) Sugar
3 tbsp (45 mL) Flour
For the Whipped cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/8 tsp White Sugar
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Grand Marnier (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the pie shell according to the package directions. Remove the pie shell from the oven and set aside to cool.
