Peanut Butter & Banana Loaf

So many good things in one simple loaf - no mixer needed!

1 cup all purpose flour
¾ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed, ripe banana (2 large or 3 medium bananas – it doesn’t have to be exactly 1 cup.)
¼ cup creamy peanut butter, softened in the microwave for 10 seconds
½ cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×5? loaf pan. (If your loaf pan is 8×4?, bake an additional 3-5 minutes).
