2 cups rice milk

1 cup ice

1 frozen banana

1 scoop (about 3 tbls) protein powder

(soy, whey, rice – your choice)

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

3 tablespoons ground flax meal

1 – 2 dates (pit removed)

small handful of raw almonds (about 15)
