This Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake is one healthy protein shake recipe I make almost every day. Or an occasional variation of this one. I recommend it highly as there is something about the protein and the ingredients in this protein shake that totally balances out your body. What’s more, it’s filling enough to be a meal replacement.
