A delicious small batch of granola. Add to yogurt or sprinkle on pancakes, ice cream or eat as a snack.

2 T peanut butter
2 T honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 C rolled oats
