In a week our kids will be headed back into the fast paced days of school. We are school supply shopping, clothes shopping, and getting ready for the big day! One of the best ways to get a good jump start on the day is with a healthy breakfast. These healthy energy bites are packed with oats, bananas, peanut butter, toasted flax seeds, coconut, chocolate chips and cranberries! 2 bananas
1 cup quick oats
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon toasted flax seeds
