Pecan Sand Tarts

They are a buttery, delightful, melt-in-your-mouth cookie! Perfect for Christmas Cookie Exchanges.

1 cup butter

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1 Tablespoon water

2 cups flour

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

extra powdered sugar as needed

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and water. Add flour and mix well. Mix in the pecans. Form small rolls 1 1/2 inches long and bend into a crescent shape OR roll into dough balls and flatten on baking...
