1 lb. ground chicken
10 oz of cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup marsala (found in the vinegar aisle)
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 lb whole wheat penne
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
